We are looking for a Fully Licensed Therapist, Clinical Intern or Associate. (Shorten your work week. Fulfill your responsibilities and have more time with Family/Friends/Free time. Full and Part-time positions available with flexible scheduling)
Position: Individual and Family Therapy
Location: White River Academy, Delta (Travel Stipends Paid)
Are you a compassionate and dedicated therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adolescents and their families? White River, a residential treatment center for adolescent boys ages 12 to 18, is seeking a full or part-time clinical intern/associate or licensed therapist to join our exceptional team.
About Us: White River is committed to helping young men heal and thrive through a wide range of trauma, compulsions, or addictions. Our experienced team of therapists and staff collaborate with families to support the growth and development of their sons in a nurturing and structured environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a therapist at White River, you will:

Provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, counseling, and support services for adolescents and families.

Facilitate group therapy sessions on diverse topics.

Maintain discipline and adhere to industry protocols.

Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all interactions.

Uphold the culture and values of White River by maintaining proper professional boundaries and exemplary behavior.

Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology or Clinical Internship / Associate
-
Independent licenses such as LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW, Clinical Internship / Associate
-
Must be 21+ years of age
-
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Training and Requirements:
-
Complete yearly training and stay updated on all company protocols
-
Obtain and provide proof of current CPR and First Aid certification annually
-
Read and sign the Code of Conduct annually
-
Pass a yearly Criminal Background Check (BCI)
-
Read and sign the Employee Acknowledgement Form
-
Maintain a current driver’s license
-
Attend necessary meetings
